Exercise 2

Core & More

Core exercises are critical for preventing back pain and improving overall fitness. When you attend Core & More, you’ll target the core muscles that stabilize your torso. A certified Group Exercise instructor leads the class, where you’ll try a variety of methods to improve your core strength.


High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

When you enroll in HIIT, you’ll get the benefits of short intervals of maximum intensity exercise alternating with longer intervals of low-to-moderate intensity exercise. This specialized form of interval training pushes you to new levels of fitness. Led by a certified Group Exercise instructor, HIIT gives you the opportunity to improve your fitness in a class setting.



PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. Plus, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean and incredibly defined. This workout is designed for every age and workout level. You can tailor the workout from low to high impact based on your physical strength.



Come work out with Tabata Training, a great start to boosting your metabolism. Tabata uses a series of four-minute intervals, each consisting of 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. This pattern is repeated eight times within the four minute interval. Tabata is a calorie-burning exercise for improved fitness.


Tai Chi 1

Tai Chi
The beautiful, ancient practice of Tai Chi has been proven to improve health, fitness and relaxation while teaching balance for strength and fall prevention. Led by a certified instructor, the class is a fun way to learn how to do Tai Chi in an enjoyable setting.


Tone & Sculpt

Led by a certified Group Exercise instructor, Tone & Sculpt challenges you to new heights of fitness. Using resistance training to target the major muscle groups, we will work the legs, glutes, chest, middle and upper back, shoulders and arms. As you progress through the class, you’ll notice an improvement in your strength, endurance and muscle tone.


Tai Chi 2


Whatever your skill level, you’ll appreciate the benefits of Yoga. Yoga is perfect for improving your strength, flexibility and balance. You’ll enjoy the relaxation and renewal that come from refined breathing techniques and postures. Led by a YogaFit trained instructor, the class is a great fit, both for those looking to try beginner’s Yoga and those who practice regularly.


Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt combines the benefits of strength training and Yoga to give you a total body workout designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Using dumbbells, you will move through a series of poses, or asanas, that are linked together in a vinyasa style flow. This style of Yoga will help you build strength, increase flexibility and burn calories all at the same time. This class is the perfect combination of strength training and cardio with the healing benefits of Yoga all in one 60-minute session.


Yin Yoga

This class is a slow-paced style of Yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time — five minutes or more per pose is typical. In this class, we target the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones and even the joints of the body in the hips, pelvis and lower spine that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. This class is suitable for almost all levels of students. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of Yoga.


Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is for active, older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
